Green Rapido

About the Project:

Green Rapido 2021 Conference series, realized online with the theme of “Design for a Breathing World” in partnership with Archethink and Ekoyapı Magazine. It mentioned the importance of designing more livable cities and healthy built environments within the framework of sustainability. It was held free of charge with three separate online sessions on 3 March, 22 March, and 14 April 2021.

Tasks Assumed:

• Theme, content, and structural flow studies for Green Rapido 2021 conferences

• Keynote speaker and panelist recommendations for Green Rapido 2021 conferences

• Setting up the event team (moderator, social media expert, assistant)

• Controlling and directing the graphic works of the event

• Studying the sponsorship file and its rights

• Confirmation of the appropriateness of speakers' calendars, creating a seminar flow plan

• Holding meetings with selected speakers and preparing speech contents in accordance with the concept of the year's theme "Design for a Breathing World"

• Development of the determined presentation contents and confirmation of their suitability to the subject

• Receiving the subject contents and texts from the speakers and making them suitable for the service for communication

• Making suggestions about the language of communication, creating a new text when necessary, making the event ready for use on social media channels

• Proposal and budgeting studies regarding the technical needs of the event (screen-sound system-regime, etc.)

• Rehearsals with all speakers
